Valley View Estates is a new home development in St. Marys, Kansas, conveniently located on the north side of town with easy access to Highway 63. It is minutes from St. Marys Academy and College, and The Immaculata Church of St. Marys.
Valley View Estates includes 24 new homesites offering scenic views, a private lake, and easily accessible walking trails for our residents.

An Update from the Developer

Hello Neighbors,
We’re excited to share some wonderful progress in our community! The subdivision road is now complete, which means folks can officially start building their new homes. Before breaking ground, in addition to submitting the Build Checklist, please remember that you’ll need an entrance permit, an environmental permit, and a letter of compliance from the City of St. Marys.
Our crews have also been hard at work on utilities — electrical and gas line installations are mostly complete. We’re also finalizing the design for the entrance monument, with hopes to have it installed in October.
For those who love the outdoors, you’ll be happy to know that the walking trails are still in our plans, and we anticipate starting construction on them this fall as well.
Thank you for your patience and excitement as we bring our shared vision for this neighborhood to life. We can’t wait to see it all come together!
