What are the steps to get started on building a home?
Download a copy of our build checklist below. Follow along the proper steps to keep your home build in compliance, and email the completed checklist for Architectural Committee approval.
Do I need ACC approval?
Yes, for all exterior construction and modifications.
Are HOA dues set?
No. Dues will be established once development and maintenance needs are finalized.
Who can use the lake?
Residents, vacant lot owners, and their immediate families may use the lake. Guests must be accompanied.
Is swimming allowed?
Not in the common areas (pond dam). Residents whose property backs up to the like are permitted to swim.

How do I register as a new member?
Register as a new member of Valley View Subdivision by filling out the form via the button below. You will be opted in to any emails regarding the Homeowners Association.
