The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) helps maintain the appearance, quality, and long-term value of Valley View Subdivision. ACC approval is required before beginning any exterior construction or modification, including new home construction, fencing, outbuildings, or exterior changes. No construction may begin until written approval is received. Standards may evolve as the
community reaches full build-out.
