The community lake is a private amenity for Valley View Subdivision residents, owners of vacant lots, and their immediate families. Immediate family is defined as a spouse and children living in the household. All other guests must be accompanied by the resident or lot owner at all times. Unaccompanied non-residents are not permitted.

Fishing is catch-and-release only. Swimming is not permitted in the common area (pond dam).
