HOA dues for Valley View Subdivision have not yet been set. When implemented, dues will cover:
- Maintenance and mowing of the community trail
- Upkeep of the subdivision entrance and surrounding common grass areas
- Maintenance and management of the 12-acre community lake, including weed control on the rock-lined dam and shoreline
The HOA may manage fishing activity and may restock fish periodically. Dues are intended to cover only essential common-area expenses.
